1. Flushness - maximum height or depth of the fastener relative to the adjacent surface. Height of fastener above |

surface is shown as "Max Step" in the data table. If part of the
fastener is below the adjacent surface, the depth of the fastener from
the surface is shown as "Min Step" in the data table.

Sensors and Controllers Sensor selection will be dependent on the size of the fastener and the resolution required. Any of the sensors and controllers could be used for the application, but typically the portable Series 1100 controller would be used with an HS300 sensor. |
